Q: How do I enroll my contacts in the eNeighborhoods NewsLetter direct mail campaigns?
A: You can add contacts to your existing NewsLetter direct mail campaign in your eNeighborhoods Contact Manager. Click the Direct Mail campaign tab and select a campaign. If you don't have an existing campaign under way, you can create a new campaign by clicking on the Direct Mail icon on the eNeighborhoods toolbar.
Q: How do I unsubscribe or change my service level?
A: If you are not fully satisfied with the eNeighborhoods product, you may cancel in writing within thirty (30) days of the start of your subscription for a full refund. You may change the level of service at any time using the FLEX pricing plan. Subsequent pricing adjustments will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. This Agreement may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days written notice.
Q: Are eNeighborhoods Newsletters and Postcards included in the subscription price?
A: eNeighborhoods Home Sales Alert NewsLetters and Postcards are not included in the monthly subscription price, but can be purchased with postage, mailing services and address lists for one low price. Log into eNeighborhoods, click on the Direct Mail icon to learn more or place an order.
