eNeighborhoods Announces Promotions of Key Executives:

Andy Woolley and Robert Käll named company vice presidents.

Boca Raton, FL (October 18, 2005) - eNeighborhoods, Inc., the nation's premier compiler and provider of home and neighborhood marketing solutions for real estate professionals, today announced the promotion of two of its executives. Andy Woolley has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Robert Käll to Vice President of Web Development.

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Woolley had acted as the company's Director of MLS Services. Mr. Woolley came to the organization in 2003 as Director of Marketing. He was quickly tapped to head the newly formed MLS Services division of eNeighborhoods in October 2004, following the company's acquisition of WyldFyre Technologies, the leading provider of software for real estate professionals to access and manage MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data. Andy will continue to oversee the MLS Services group along with major accounts and grow the company's enterprise solution products.

Andy, a graduate of San Diego State University, is well known in the MLS community and has held key positions in real estate technology companies IRIS, LLC and HomeSeekers.com.

Mr. Käll joined eNeighborhoods when the company he co-founded, RECHANNEL, was acquired by eNeighborhoods in 2004. Since then, Mr. Käll had acted as the company's Director of Web Development, and is the main architect behind eNeighborhoods web offerings. Robert has experience in enterprise software development and has built advanced Internet, Wireless and Client-Server Systems for a client list which includes many Fortune 500 companies.

Robert, a native of Sweden, received a bachelor's degree in 1995 from the University of Borås, Sweden, with a major in Systems Architecture and a minor in Business.
