Boca Raton, Florida, October 6, 2004 - eNeighborhoods, Inc., the leading provider of everyday marketing solutions for real estate professionals, today announced the acquisition of WyldFyre Technologies, the leading provider of software for real estate professionals to access and manage MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data. eNeighborhoods is a division of Siegent, Inc.
The acquisition significantly strengthens eNeighborhoods MLS connectivity and is another step in the company's strategy to provide real estate professionals with a completely integrated suite of everyday marketing solutions. This represents the second major purchase this year for Siegent, having acquired Miami-based RECHANNEL Communications in June.
WyldFyre's products are used by more than 100,000 real estate professionals in the United States, Canada and Australia. The company’s flagship product, WyldFyre Listings™, allows real estate professionals to quickly access MLS information and customize professional looking reports to better serve their customers. Listings is complemented by several add-on modules that enable real estate professionals to more effectively market their services to home buyers and sellers, including CMAPro™, BuyersTour™, and StreetMaps™.

It is a means through which nearby MLS organizations can share data without having to merge their databases or their organizations.
