eNeighborhoods Announces Launch of Strategic Mortgage Solutions Division:

Taking AVM’s to the next level, the new eNeighborhoods NVM product line focuses on how neighborhoods affect valuation

Boca Raton, FL (March 14, 2006) - eNeighborhoods, Inc., the nation's premier compiler of real estate related home and neighborhood information, has launched a new division to enhance the collateral valuation solutions currently in the market today. eNeighborhoods will debut its new Strategic Mortgage Solutions division and introduce its new NVM (Neighborhood Valuation Metrics) product line at MBA’s National Technology in Mortgage Banking Conference & Expo 2006 in San Diego, CA on March 29 – March 31, 2006 at booth #246.

eNeighborhoods established the Strategic Mortgage Solutions division to provide tools to mortgage professionals that transform a robust blend of data into critical knowledge of neighborhoods. According to the National Association of Realtors 71% of homebuyers indicate the neighborhood as the most critical factor in choosing their home, giving it a huge affect on valuation. Blending recent housing data with information about schools, demographics, crime rates, etc. gives lenders a more holistic validation approach resulting in improved lending decisions.

Heading up the new division as Managing Director is Diane Nelligan, a well accomplished player within the mortgage industry. Prior to joining eNeighborhoods, Ms. Nelligan spent 10 years at Freddie Mac where she was most recently the Director and Co-founder of Strategic Information Services, the division which created and managed the Home Value Explorer line of AVM products. A recipient of Freddie Mac’s Premier Achievement Award for 1996 Accomplishments, Ms. Nelligan received a bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Franklin Pierce College.
