General Purpose of Job:
Close contracts for agent sales, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell eNeighborhoods suite of services to prospects and former customers
Originates phone calls to prospective customers and provides sales information about eNeighborhoods services
Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and sell features and benefits of eNeighborhoods services
Review company records to identify targets for sales of additional services as well as possible future products
Assist in handling of overflow inbound customer service calls when required
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have strong communication skills including voice quality, articulation and grammar
Ability to listen to potential customer and overcome objections in sales presentation.
Must be confident in delivering highest degree of customer satisfaction
Maintains ability to prioritize calls and follow-up with potential customers both over the phone and in writing.
Ability to handle time management to meet objectives.
Participate in a team setting and must be goal oriented. Works well with others.
Has the ability and remain flexible to test various offers, price points, incentives, etc. to determine effectiveness.
Works to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
Must be a self-starter, dependable, and maintain strong work ethic.
Other duties as required by management.
Education and/or Experience:
Must be familiar with computer technology and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Participates and continuously maintains product knowledge of eNeighborhoods suite of services.
Minimum of one to two years of inside sales or telemarketing experience required.
Online advertising preferred.
Ability to work day shift or afternoon/early evening shift to target west coast prospects.
