New eNeighborhoods Product Combines Marketing Tools Into Power Suite:

CHICAGO (October 1, 2003) -- eNeighborhoods Inc., a REALTOR VIP® Alliance Program partner of the National Association of Realtors®, is offering a new unified line of neighborhood information products designed to support the personal and property marketing efforts of real estate professionals. NAR members can achieve a significant savings by subscribing early.

The new eNeighborhoods Power Suite offering combines eight eNeighborhoods products—including HomeBook, CMA and BuyersTour—into a single source of information on all of the most important factors used in making a buying or selling decision, such as schools, socioeconomic information, street mapping, and resale price.

The combination provides an attractive, usable format that identifies the agent.

Real estate pros can produce presentations for buyers that blend MLS information with school contact information, SAT scores, climate, income statistics, and employment information.

The Power Suite applications run from $39.95 to $59.95 a month, depending on the combination of programs selected. Start-up package is $199.95. There are no referral fees or hidden costs. All software subscriptions are month-to-month.
