Q: How do I enroll my contacts in the eNeighborhoods NewsLetter direct mail campaigns?
A: You can add contacts to your existing NewsLetter direct mail campaign in your eNeighborhoods Contact Manager. Click the Direct Mail campaign tab and select a campaign. If you don't have an existing campaign under way, you can create a new campaign by clicking on the Direct Mail icon on the eNeighborhoods tool bar.

Q: How do I unsubscribe or change my service level?
A: During the trial period, you can unsubscribe any time and pay nothing. Following the trial period, you may choose another level of service any time with 30 days notice by calling 877.363.4442.
